Returns and exchanges
The store carries out the return and exchange of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Terms of return and exchange Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
Requirements for the goods: Not used;
• Preservation of the factory packaging, configuration and presentation of the product, absence of traces of oils, lubricants, fuel, traces of installation;
• The settlement document (cost invoice) is saved. Procedure for processing the goods:
• Contact a personal manager;
• Fill out an application for the return of goods;
• Provide an identity document;
• Provide the goods and the cost invoice;
• The funds are subject to return as soon as possible, but no more than 7 days from the moment the consumer provides the goods and the listed documents. Shipping costs are paid by the sender;If the buyer no longer needs the purchased goods, and the reason for the return is solely his initiative, then in this case he is credited with the amount minus the costs incurred by the supplier.
In accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
