Sawmill PLP-12

The PLP-12 band sawmill is designed for longitudinal cutting of solid logs with a diameter of up to 1400 mm. The feed of the carriage with the saw blade is controlled via the remote control, which allows for precise control of the sawing process. The machine is equipped with an electronic ruler, ensuring high accuracy of the sawing thickness and maintaining high productivity at each stage of work.

Depending on the customer's needs, the PLP-12 sawmill can be equipped with 15 or 18.5 kW engines. Additionally, it is possible to install a hydraulic log lifting and turning system, which speeds up processing: the time for turning and fixing a log is no more than 30 seconds. To extend the service life of the saw blade, a debarker can be installed, which removes the bark before sawing and thereby protects the blade from premature wear.
