Band sawmill PLP-11M

The PLP-11M band sawmill is a powerful piece of equipment for longitudinal sawing of logs up to 1100 mm in diameter. The machine is controlled from a remote control, which simplifies control and ensures the accuracy of positioning of the carriage with the saw blade. The presence of an electronic ruler allows you to set the thickness of the board with high accuracy, which makes the PLP-11M band sawmill a productive and effective solution for woodworking.

Depending on customer requirements, the sawmill can be equipped with 18.5 kW or 22 kW engines, which increases the flexibility of equipment configuration. The hydraulic log lifting and turning system reduces processing time, as it allows for quick log turning and fixing in 30 seconds. The additional installation of a debarker (bark remover) extends the service life of the saw blade, removing bark from the log and preventing premature dulling of the saw.

This sawmill is ideal for high-precision and intensive work in woodworking enterprises, as well as for production with large volumes of sawmilling.
