G&M Kruup Steel - ThyssenKrupp AG is the only one of the large industrial concerns in Germany that formally began its own production operations on March 17, 1999. The association was formed as a result of the merger of two companies: Thyssen AG and Friedrich Krupp AG Hoesch-Krupp. ThyssenKrupp AG is considered the largest manufacturer of high-alloy steel and metalworking equipment. The company occupies a leading position in the production of stainless steel sheet metal, escalators and elevators.
